We usually handcraft our items as they are ordered so allow 5-10 business days for the production depending on the time of the year.

No. Most of our hardware is stainless steel. On top of being a great metal for sensitive skin, stainless steel does NOT tarnish over time which allows you to keep your items looking great for a very long time.
When they are not made of stainless steel (some snaps might not be for example) we make sure they are nickel free and ok for people with sensitive skin.

If you are in Canada, we have a few different options. We have a cheaper shipping option ($5) that does NOT come with tracking number or coverage. If you desire to get a tracking number and coverage, you MUST pick the option “Regular Mail with Tracking Number“. The amount varies depending on your province. The best way to have an estimate in that case is to add your item to the cart. Once you’ve entered your address, the accurate shipping rate will appear.

If you are in the United Stated we have one option (Canada Post USA Air). The cost is $16, including tracking number and coverage.

Changes and cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase if we haven’t started making it. We try to start orders quickly so we can have your special accessory shipped in the least amount of days possible. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can assess if you are eligible for a cancellation.
